Membership Criteria

Membership in the AppraisalBank vendor network is limited to practicing professionals with a minimum of five years experience. All vendors accepting field assignments must meet the following requirements:

  • Focus on residential valuation
  • Minimum five years full-time experience
  • Documented experience in REO Foreclosure appraisal assignments
  • Valid state license/certification
  • Deliver all reports to our website or by email in a PDF format.
  • Copy of State license or certification
  • Signed W-9 Form
  • Copy of E&O Insurance
