Here's What We Offer

AppraisalBank’s XML (Extensible Markup Language) integration technology enables a highly-efficient, cost-effective, end-to-end ordering process, from servicing through default management. It eliminates re-keying of data and the risk of error where the data is most critical, avoiding service delays. Corporate IT staffs have extensive experience with XML integration and can easily establish reliable connections with remote applications.

Order data is received by our AppraisalSoft system and routed to a service provider in the area where the property is located. Once complete, the services are received from our service providers via AppraisalSoft, reviewed for quality, and routed back to the customer.

AppraisalBank remains closely involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), as well as with our service providers, so we can assure an unrestricted flow of business data. Our staff helped pioneer MISMO’s XML Servicing Default Workgroup for data exchange technology standards, designed for better connectivity and collaboration. Also, we are currently integrated with many of our customers through RealEC Technologies.
