Membership Criteria
Membership in the network is confined to practicing appraisers with a minimum five years experience. All appraisers accepting appraisal assignments must meet the following requirements:

• Focus on residential valuation
• Minimum five years full-time experience
• Documented experience in REO Foreclosure appraisal assignments
• Valid state license/certification
• Deliver all reports via internet mail in PDF format
• Providing of a copy of state license or certification
• Providing a signed W-9 Form
