Here is our process:

  1. Fill out the Customer Form to the right.
  2. Your information will be reviewed and verified by our staff.
  3. We will email you a password that allows you access to our real time order tracking system on our secure website.
  4. When you submit an order, it is automatically uploaded to our database, where we assign it to one of our expert service providers.
  5. We will maintain a real-time status on the order and its notes, so you can track its progress.
  6. Once our field service provider returns the order documents to AppraisalBank, our in-house staff reviews it to assure accuracy and thoroughness.
  7. We e-mail you the completed order in PDF format, and it is also available for you to download and view online.
